This Privacy Policy describes how Iman Abdul Rahim ("we", "I", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data submitted through this website. We comply with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Information we collect

When you register for the webinar or book a consultation, we collect:

  • Name — to address you in communications and on payment records.
  • Email address — to send registration confirmation, webinar details (including the Zoom link), and reminders.
  • Phone number — for WhatsApp reminders and support before the webinar.
  • Payment information — collected and processed by ToyyibPay; we never see your bank details or card number.

2. How we use your data

We use the information you provide to:

  • Process your webinar registration and confirm payment.
  • Send the Zoom join link and event reminders.
  • Reply to questions you ask via email or the form.
  • Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a Licensed Financial Planner.

We will not use your data for unrelated marketing or share it with third parties for advertising.

3. Who we share your data with

We use the following service providers to operate this site. Each processes a limited subset of your data:

  • ToyyibPay (payment processing, Malaysia) — name, email, phone, payment amount.
  • Resend (transactional email, EU/US) — name, email.
  • Google Workspace (registration record-keeping) — name, email, phone, payment status.
  • Cloudflare (website hosting and security) — IP address, request metadata.

4. How long we keep your data

Registration records (name, email, phone, payment status) are kept for up to 24 months after the webinar to support follow-up questions, reissue receipts, and meet our record-keeping obligations as a Licensed Financial Planner. After 24 months, records are deleted unless we are required to keep them longer by law.

Payment records held by ToyyibPay are subject to ToyyibPay's own retention policy.

5. Your rights

Under PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Withdraw consent for processing at any time.

6. Security

Personal data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in services that use industry-standard encryption at rest. Access to registration records is restricted to Iman Abdul Rahim.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered participants where appropriate.
